TERMS OF SERVICE

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By using ForMyFansOnly.com, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts found to be in violation.

Account Registration

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information current.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited.
  • Creator Verification: Creator accounts are subject to identity verification prior to monetization privileges being granted.

Creator and Fan Roles

The Platform supports two primary user roles:

  • Creators: Verified individuals who publish content on the Platform and may offer paid subscriptions, tipping, or other monetization features to their fans.
  • Fans: Users who subscribe to or support Creators on the Platform.

Payments and Fees

  • All monetary transactions on the Platform are processed securely via third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
  • Creators agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
  • ForMyFansOnly.com charges a platform commission as outlined in the Creator Earnings Policy available on the Platform.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, accessible on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

  • Your Content:  You retain ownership of all content you upload. By posting content, you grant ForMyFansOnly.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.
  • Platform IP: All Platform design, software, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of ForMyFansOnly.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

DMCA Compliance:If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, submit a takedown request to: trust@formyfansonly.com.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, the AUP, or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Creators will receive any outstanding earnings owed up to the date of termination, unless forfeited due to fraud or policy violations.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. ForMyFansOnly.com makes no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForMyFansOnly.com is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
