• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree that:

• All content uploaded is owned by them or they have rights to use it
• Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• They are solely responsible for their content, pricing, and interactions

Payments & Transactions

• The Platform facilitates payments between users and creators
• All transactions are final unless otherwise stated
• The Platform may charge service or processing fees
• Creators are responsible for applicable taxes

Content Ownership & Usage

• Creators retain ownership of their content
• Users are granted limited, non-transferable access
• Users may NOT:
• Download, reproduce, distribute, or share content outside the Platform

Prohibited Activities

Users and creators must not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or exploit other users
• Attempt to bypass payment systems
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

Account Suspension / Termination

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
• Remove content that violates policies
• Take action without prior notice if necessary

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for:

• User-generated content
• Financial losses between users and creators
• Technical interruptions or service issues

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Platform operates.
