ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) governs the types of content and behavior permitted on ForMyFansOnly.com. All users — Creators and Fans alike — are bound by this Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Permitted Content

ForMyFansOnly.com is designed for creators across all genres and fields to showcase their work and connect with their fans. Permitted content includes but is not limited to:

  • Art, illustration, photography (non-explicit), and design
  • Music, podcasts, and audio content
  • Writing, blogging, journalism, and educational material
  • Fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content
  • Gaming, tech, and digital creator content
  • Comedy, commentary, and entertainment
  • Business, coaching, and professional development content

STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT — MONETIZATION EXPLICITLY BANNED

1. Adult / Sexually Explicit Content — MONETIZATION EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED

ForMyFansOnly.com STRICTLY PROHIBITS the creation, upload, sharing, promotion, or MONETIZATION of any adult or sexually explicit content on the Platform. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, audio, or text
  • Nudity intended for sexual gratification
  • Sexualized depictions of minors in any form whatsoever (absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance)
  • Sexual services, solicitation, or escort advertisements
  • Fetish content, regardless of the nature of the fetish
  • Content designed to be used in sexual harassment or non-consensual scenarios

 

No creator may charge for, place behind a paywall, offer as paid subscription content, accept tips for, or otherwise monetize any content that falls within the above categories. Any such content discovered on the Platform will be removed immediately, and the associated account will be subject to immediate termination.

2. Hateful Content — MONETIZATION EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED

ForMyFansOnly.com STRICTLY PROHIBITS the creation, distribution, or MONETIZATION of hateful content, including:

  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • White supremacist, neo-Nazi, or other extremist ideological content
  • Dehumanizing language, slurs, or content designed to degrade or demean individuals or communities
  • Holocaust denial or glorification of genocide
  • Content calling for or celebrating acts of terrorism or mass violence

 

The monetization of any hateful content — in any form — is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Violent Content — MONETIZATION EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED

ForMyFansOnly.com STRICTLY PROHIBITS the sharing or MONETIZATION of violent content, including:

  • Graphic depictions of real-world violence, gore, or bodily harm
  • Content glorifying, promoting, or celebrating acts of violence or harm against any person or animal
  • Snuff content, torture footage, or combat footage shared for gratuitous purposes
  • Instructions, guides, or content facilitating real-world violence, including weapon-making guides
  • Content that threatens or incites violence against specific individuals or groups

 

Content that depicts violence in a clearly educational, news/journalistic, historical, or artistic context (e.g., documentary footage, historical imagery, or clearly fictional film/game content) may be permitted at the Platform’s sole discretion, provided it is not monetized in a manner that financially incentivizes the creation of violent content.

Additional Prohibited Conduct

  • Spam, phishing, scam content, or deceptive practices toward other users
  • Impersonation of any person, brand, or organization
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Unauthorized collection of user data or violation of user privacy
  • Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Manipulation of the Platform’s recommendation, search, or monetization systems

Content Moderation & Enforcement

ForMyFansOnly.com employs a combination of automated tools (including AI-based image/video scanning, keyword filtering, and hash-matching) and human moderation to enforce this AUP. Violations are addressed through:

  • Content Removal: Violating content is removed promptly upon detection or confirmed report.
  • Warnings: First-time or minor violations may result in a formal warning.
  • Account Suspension: Repeated or serious violations result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • Legal Referral: Illegal content (e.g., CSAM) is reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies.

Reporting Violations

All users, rights holders, and third parties may report AUP violations through any of the following channels:

We aim to acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and resolve confirmed violations within 48 hours.
